Qualche reperto di antidiluviani computer di Macintosh di Steven Jobs e cimeli della storia moderna di Apple. Molto deludente anche se l'allestimento si avvale di interessanti ologrammi digitali A bluff of preparation in a noble portion of Palazzo Castrone Santa Ninfa, rebuilt in reinforced concrete after the war. Some artifacts of Steven Jobs' antediluvian Macintosh computers and relics from Apple's modern history. Very disappointing even if the set up makes use of interesting digital holograms
F	Fabio Borborini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È in un Palazzo "quasi sconosciuto" :) della Palermo storica del '5/600 che al suo interno ha negozi: al piano nobile o 1° (che dir di voglia) da meno di una settimana è aperto il MEC Museum. È un Museo di Informatica che ha inoltre un Ristorante di alto profilo al suo interno si propone come concetto totalmente nuovo sia per gli aspetti museali (con eventi "anomali e differenti" che mostre tematiche) La ristorazione ha catattere di stagionalità e di indubbia qualità. (Avrei recensito il ristorante su Trip Advisor, ma al momento il loro profilo non era ancora attivo!) La mostra di apertura è dedicata alle rivoluzioni della Informatica dovute ad Apple ed al suo Co-Fondatore Steve Jobs. Ha in mostra pezzi a dir poco rari, e prototipi unici nel suo genere alcuni mai visti prima. (Apple-1, Apple II Apple Lisa [1] e tante foto esclusive). Ottimi servizi: Store per Libri e oggettistica, oggetti in edizione limitata, Bar e sala relax etc.. It is in an "almost unknown" building :) in the historic Palermo of the 5/600 that has shops inside: on the main or 1st floor (which I would say), the MEC Museum has been open for less than a week. It is a Museum of Computer Science which also has a high profile restaurant inside it proposes itself as a totally new concept both for the museum aspects (with "anomalous and different" events and thematic exhibitions) The restaurant has characteristics of seasonality and undoubted quality. (I would have reviewed the restaurant on Trip Advisor, but at the moment their profile was not yet active!) The opening exhibition is dedicated to the IT revolutions due to Apple and its Co-Founder Steve Jobs. It has rare pieces on display, and one-of-a-kind prototypes some never seen before. (Apple-1, Apple II Apple Lisa [1] and many exclusive photos). Excellent services: Store for books and objects, limited edition items, bar and relaxation room etc ..
m	mariano russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voto 10 : Incredibile e meraviglioso a Palermo dì fronte alla monumentale e bellissima Cattedrale vi è in una storica residenza Palazzo Castrone il Mec Museum dedicato interamente alla rivoluzione tecnologica mondiale creata da Apple e Steve Jobs Stupenda l’atmosfera che sì respira grazie alla grande passione dell’architetto Giuseppe Forello ideatore del tutto e che ho avuto modo dì conoscere. le 8 sale museali del MEC raccolgono i pezzi più incredibili del mondo del collezionismo Apple. Dall’esclusivo Apple I ad una selezione di immagini inedite dalla vita di Steve Job. 4000 Cimeli storici ed iconici capaci dì far emozionare tutti dagli appassionati della  e non …. da visitare assolutamente ☺️? 10 Rating: Amazing and wonderful day in Palermo opposite the monumental and beautiful Cathedral is a historic residence Palazzo Gelding Mec the Museum dedicated entirely to the world technological revolution created by Apple and Steve Jobs Superb atmosphere so that breathes thanks to the great passion of the architect Giuseppe Forello creator of everything and that day I had a way to know. 8 MEC museum rooms collect the most amazing pieces of Apple collecting world. From the exclusive Apple I to a selection of new images from the life of Steve Jobs. 4000 historical and iconic memorabilia able to excite all day by fans of the  and not .... to visit absolutely ☺️?
P	Peter Dongelmans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great, well taken care of, Steve Jobs exhibition. All his computers and design on display. Foto's, personal belongings. A must see if you are in Palermo. I was there in Corona period and the lovely lady at the entrance gave me a personal tour and explained all.
