M	Maria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo passati per caso davanti all'entrata della biblioteca e ci siamo fermati con curiosità. Non immaginavamo che ci fosse un palazzo ricco di dettagli e arte. Luogo di cultura e relax. I miei bambini sono stati incuriositi e felici di averlo visitato. C'è un gran giardino molto luminoso, si vede anche in foto. Torneremo sicuramente We passed by the entrance of the library by chance and stopped with curiosity. We did not imagine that there was a palace full of details and art. Place of culture and relaxation. My children were intrigued and happy to have visited it. There is a large, very bright garden, also seen in the photos. We will definitely be back

Andava tutto bene fino a che la persona con cui stavo parlando mi ha chiesto se fossi maggiorenne, ho risposto di no, e a quel punto mi è stato detto che non posso usufruire della sala lettura se non accompagnata da un genitore o da un adulto. Sono rimasta completamente allibita dopo aver sentito tali assurdità. Che venga negato a uno studente uno spazio per studiare in una biblioteca perchè ha un' età inferiore ai 18 anni lo trovo totalmente fuori luogo e anche ridicolo! Ho chiamato varie biblioteche e non mi è mai stata detta un'assurdità simile. Sinceramente sono rimasta molto delusa. I am a student, today I called the library saying I needed a space to study, and I asked for information about it. Everything was fine until the person I was talking to asked me if I was of age, I said no, and at that point I was told that I cannot use the reading room unless accompanied by a parent or adult. I was completely stunned after hearing such nonsense. I find it totally out of place and ridiculous that a student is denied a space to study in a library because he is under the age of 18! I have called various libraries and have never been told such nonsense. Honestly, I was very disappointed.

I	Ilaria Orlandini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voluta nel 1782 da Ferdinando I, la biblioteca Bombace (intitolata negli anni 2000 all'assessore omonimo per i beni culturali), assolve ancora oggi la sua primigenia funzione. È possibile visitarla gratuitamente, chiedendo al personale all'ingresso, oppure in occasione di mostre temporanee o eventi come la via dei Tesori. Molto bello è il chiostro, con due ordini di logge a tutto sesto, al di sotto del quale è stato ricavato un rifugio antiaereo. Degno di nota anche lo scalone monumentale che conduce al piano superiore, dove ci sono le sale di lettura e consultazione. Essendo l'edificio ricavato all'interno del più vasto complesso dei Gesuiti, alcuni soffitti sono ancora pregevolmente affrescati! Commissioned in 1782 by Ferdinando I, the Bombace library (entitled in the 2000s to the councilor of the same name for cultural heritage), it still performs its original function. You can visit it for free, by asking the staff at the entrance, or during temporary exhibitions or events such as the Via dei Tesori. The cloister is very beautiful, with two orders of round-arched loggias, below which a bomb shelter was built. Also noteworthy is the monumental staircase that leads to the upper floor, where there are reading and consultation rooms. Since the building is housed in the largest Jesuit complex, some ceilings are still beautifully frescoed!
A	Alessandro Battaglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo luogo per studiare, unica pecca, manca un rete wi fi e solo alcune postazioni della sala lettura sono provviste di una presa per collegare il PC. Consiglierei gli avvisi di eventuali chiusure dato che più volte mi è capitato di passare e di trovare la biblioteca chiusa nonostante ciò non fosse scritto online. Ripeto che l'unica pecca che riscontro è la mancanza di una rete, e l'orario d'apertura lievemente scomodo, personalmente anticiperei di 30minuti. Per tutto il resto, gran bel luogo per studiare Excellent place to study, the only flaw, there is no wi-fi network and only some stations in the reading room are equipped with a socket to connect the PC. I would recommend the notices of any closures as I have happened several times to pass and find the library closed despite this not being written online. I repeat that the only flaw I find is the lack of a network, and the slightly inconvenient opening hours, personally I would anticipate by 30 minutes. For everything else, a great place to study
