Prima non avevo fatto nessun commento però ora del divano lo faccio volentieri. Veramente complimenti ottima qualità. L invidia dei parenti a mille perché dubitavano per gli acquisti in internet. Un mese di ritardo nella consegna scoperto dopo avere inviato una mail per chiedere conferma dell'atteso arrivo della camera. Reazioni aggressive, al limite della strafottenza, alla nostra richiesta di rispettare i tempi da loro stessi indicati nell'ordine e via email. Fattura oltre la 200 a febbraio e la scusa é il Covid, il fatto che oramai si prendono più ordini possibili senza organizzare la produzione, tanto il cliente paga in anticipo e quindi può solo attendere, ed eventualmente essere sbeffeggiato dal dipendente di turno, perché tanto é solo una camera da letto.
