Nonostante i richiami ho dovuto tenere un mobile rovinato e aspettare mesi per avere il colore per farmi il ritocco. Non parlano con i clienti privati ma solo attraverso le ditte che rivendono i loro mobili. Lenti nelle consegne! Their furniture purchased through Sato Italia arrived several times damaged and chipped (corners without paint, scratches, striped glass). Despite the calls, I had to keep a ruined piece of furniture and wait months for the color to touch up. They do not speak to private customers but only through the companies that sell their furniture. Lenses in deliveries!

Al secondo intervento a causa di un problema di progettazione si è danneggiato un fianco interno, al terzo intervento cambiano il fianco danneggiato ma le porte dell'armadio sono distanti tra loro e la porta centrale non ha invece spazio per essere montata. Al quarto intervento sostituiscono le ante perché la sede dei cardini non era corretta ma i cardini inviati non vanno bene. Finalmente al quinto intervento quattro mesi e mezzo dalla data dell'ordine l'armadio è stato completato. Ho avuto uno sconto da loro giratomi poi dal mobiliere ma solo sollecitandolo e copre un terzo delle spese sostenute a causa del ritardo, oltre al tempo perso per presenziare agli interventi non risolutivi. Acquistato da Kidea (Oristano) che sconsiglio nella relativa recensione. I purchased a room of this brand, the bed frame was damaged, the wardrobe with the wrong hinges. At the second intervention due to a design problem, an internal side was damaged, the damaged side changed at the third intervention but the doors of the cabinet are distant from each other and the central door has no space to be mounted instead. At the fourth intervention they replace the doors because the hinges seat was not correct but the hinges sent do not go well. Finally, at the fifth intervention, four and a half months from the order date, the wardrobe was completed. I had a discount from them then turned from the furniture maker but only soliciting it and covering a third of the costs incurred due to the delay, in addition to the time lost to attend the non-resolving interventions. Purchased by Kidea (Oristano) which I do not recommend in the related review.

Dopo quasi un anno non ho ancora l'armadio con le ante corrette. Vengo chiamato dal nulla da tale Andrea che si qualifica come responsabile commerciale dell'azienda su sollecito del mobilificio, senza sapermi dare neanche una data di consegna, prendendo l'impegno di richiamarmi dopo tre giorni per darmi una data di consegna, salvo poi sparire nel nulla senza avermi mai richiamato. Francamente inaccettabile, forse è il caso di pensare di cambiare lavoro. I am called out of nowhere by this Andrea who qualifies as commercial manager of the company at the request of the furniture factory, without knowing how to give me even a delivery date, making the commitment to call me back after three days to give me a delivery date, only to disappear in the nothing without ever calling me back. Frankly unacceptable, perhaps it is time to think about changing jobs.
