★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service cold food no dips for the mozzarella sticks and to top it off they thought it would be a good idea to place a cup of coffee in a paper bag and the place the said bag sideways on top of the food order which you guest leaked all over the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped at this McDonald's just after I got off the ferry at the port of Ancona. I went through the drive thru and was greeted by a beautiful and friendly young girl called Ghydes. She was the friendliest employee I have ever met at a fast food place and to be honest i will never forget stopping at this McDonald's because of her. Great employee and she sets an example for how good service can be in a fast food establishment. I will definitely be back. Food was really good too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to many Macdonalds all over the world, from dozens in USA, Bahamas, Jamaica, Hawaii, Canada, England, France, Croatia, Bosnia and this is by far the cleanest, nicest and best looking one. I've never been to McDonald's and see all of the staff busy. Here everyone was busy and working. Fast service, great service, friendly staff, great all around. Highly recommend this McDonald's to everyone, that includes people with service animals that are allowed to bring their dog in all over the world, if someone doesn't like that they can go back to the village they came from. McDonald's Ancona Torrette, you are the best McDonald's, stay like that, thank you.
