Metti un cameriere simpatico, con l'accento di Rocco Papaleo, che racconta aneddoti e propone i migliori piatti della tradizione locale. Aggiungi gli "scrigni di burrata" pasta ripiena serviti con pomodorini ed olive. Aggiungi anche una timida brezza di mare, in una sera di metà settembre, un vino adeguato ed un dolce della casa. Non serve nient'altro, se hai anche la fortuna di avere la giusta compagnia. Place an outdoor dinner, in a pretty square in the historic center of Molfetta, set among seventeenth-century buildings. Put a nice waiter, with the accent of Rocco Papaleo, who tells anecdotes and offers the best dishes of the local tradition. Add the "caskets of burrata" stuffed pasta served with cherry tomatoes and olives. Also add a timid sea breeze, on a mid-September evening, an adequate wine and a house dessert. Nothing else is needed, if you are also lucky enough to have the right company.

A pleasant discovery in the historic center of Molfetta. Delicate dishes that recall the flavors and aromas of traditional cuisine of the past. Excellent value for money, the staff very friendly and ready to satisfy guests' requests. Very welcoming place. I will definitely be back.

Ci hanno subito trovato un posto. Il locale si presenta con uno stile rustico, e tiene lo stile anche nelle pietanze, con rivitazioni. Il rustico è molto curato nei dettagli, il servizio è stato eccellente (tutti i camerieri in divisa ed educati), la mise en place buona. I piatti erano molto buoni, anche se, mi aspettavo una pasta un pó più amalgamata con l'eco di mare, ma il sapore era ottimo. Il prezzo è in linea con il.cibo mangiato ed il posto. Il proprietario cordiale. Se dovessi ritornare, lo farei senza ombra di dubbio. Local located in the historic center of Molfetta, among the alleys. We didn't call to book, but as soon as we arrived the kindness was the host. They quickly found us a place. The restaurant has a rustic style, and keeps the style even in the dishes, with reinterpretations. The rustic is very accurate in detail, the service was excellent (all the waiters in uniform and polite), the mise en place good. The dishes were very good, although I was expecting a pasta a little more amalgamated with the sea echo, but the flavor was excellent. The price is in line with the food eaten and the place. The friendly owner. If I were to return, I would without a doubt.
