Non è la prima volta che mi capita, in più di un paio di occasioni mi sembrava di chiedere disturbando, e non che non te lo facciano pesare, anzi, te lo dicono apertamente. Credo che curare i modi di relazionarsi con la clientela sia anche più importante di quello che vendi, perché poi il cliente se ne va non solo sconsolato, ma eviterà di tornarci. I prezzi sono ragionevoli, anche se su alcuni prodotti magari sono ben più alti di quanto il mercato offre. E' un peccato, siete una ferramenta ben fornita. Lavorate sui modi.
