Risposta telefonica rapida, cortese ed esauriente sulle informazioni. Quando raggiungo l'accettazione trovo un ambiente accogliente e rispettoso delle normative covid. Poltroncine singole e distanziate, a disposizione gel, acqua in bottigliette, armadietti con chiave per la ricarica cel, televisore con notiziari, monitor ecc. Il responsabile della mia pratica mi riceve in pochi minuti e dopo avermi offerto un caffè mi avverte che gli aggiornamenti saranno due e non uno come pensavo. Sanifica il veicolo e lo dota di un kit che lo isola da qualsiasi contatto degli addetti, mi avverte che sarò avvertito con un msg appena pronta. Dopo due ore mi evvertono che la vettura è pronta. Mi consegnano la ricevuta dei lavori svolti e la chiave indicandomi il numero del parcheggio dove trovarla. Mi hanno ricordato l'appuntamento il giono prima e chiesto se ero stato soddisfatto del servizio il giorno dopo. Che dire, non avevo mai incontrato tanta professionalità e cortesia.
