Macchina ferma in officina da 10 giorni. Oggi sarebbe dovuto arrivare il pezzo di ricambio ma "stranamente" non lo hanno consegnato e non mi hanno saputo nemmeno dire la consegna prevista. Piattaforme consegnano anche in giornata ma loro non sanno dare alcuna informazione. Prendo la macchina sostitutiva A PAGAMENTO per i primi giorni, la riconsegno lavata ed in perfetto stato perché avrebbero dovuto consegnare la mia. Chiamo, pezzo non consegnato, faccio presente che per motivi lavorativi devo assolutamente spostarmi con un mezzo e non mi hanno nemmeno proposto di usufruire della macchina sostitutiva gratuitamente per il loro ritardo. Mano d'opera impeccabile ma pensateci due volte se non volete rimanere a piedi per due settimane. Sigh.
Definitely disappointing service.
Machine stopped in the workshop for 10 days. Today the spare part should have arrived but "strangely" they didn't deliver it and they couldn't even tell me the expected delivery. Platforms also deliver same day but they don't know how to give any information. I take the replacement car upon payment for the first few days, return it washed and in perfect condition because they should have delivered mine. I call, piece not delivered, I would like to point out that for work reasons I absolutely have to move with a vehicle and they have not even offered me to use the replacement car for free due to their delay. Impeccable workmanship but think twice if you don't want to stay on foot for two weeks. Sigh.
