SCONSIGLIATO. Seriousness 0. Dirty room. Broken bathroom, scarce supplies, too cold inside. Staff not present. The price compared to the services is very high. NOT RECOMMENDED.

La sera prima ho contattato la struttura poiché a causa di febbre e in attesa di tampone avrei voluto posticipare il soggiorno. Non è stato possibile. In soldoni, ho regalato l’intera somma. Bad treatment. I booked and paid for a room in advance. The night before I contacted the structure because due to fever and waiting for a swab I wanted to postpone my stay. It was not possible. In a nutshell, I gave the entire sum as a gift.

Specifico la recensione in seguito alla risposta dell'albergo: - Insonorizzazione pessima perché si sente a qualsiasi ora del giorno (poco male), ma soprattutto DELLA NOTTE tutto quello che fanno gli ospiti delle stanze vicine. Esempio: circa alle 3 di notte una coppia che giustamente amoreggiava, poi hanno fatto la doccia ascoltando la radio della suddetta doccia per poi utilizzare l'asciugacapelli. - ho detto che la stanza era un po' impolverata tipo sopra le luci di fianco al letto mica che veleggiavano gatti di polvere. Coda di paglia? - personale assente perché a parte al momento del check in non abbiamo mai visto nessuno né di mattina né di pomeriggio. Pensavamo che al momento del check out trovassimo qualcuno per capire se pagare la tassa di soggiorno o meno, ma abbiamo dovuto mandare un messaggio per avere l'informazione. Al messaggio ci è stato risposto subito comunque. Di certo se foste venuti in stanza con noi sicuramente vi avremmo offerto un po' di aperitivo gentilmente da voi offerto. Bad soundproofing, cozy but a bit dusty room. Staff always absent. Uncomfortable and creaky bed. I specify the review following the response of the hotel: - Bad soundproofing because you can hear it at any time of the day (not bad), but especially AT NIGHT everything that the guests of the neighboring rooms do. Example: around 3 in the morning a couple who rightly flirted, then took a shower listening to the radio of the aforementioned shower and then used the hairdryer. - I said that the room was a bit dusty, like above the lights next to the bed, not that cats were sailing with dust. Tail of straw? - staff absent because apart from the time of check in we never saw anyone either in the morning or in the afternoon. We thought that at check out we would find someone to figure out whether to pay the tourist tax or not, but we had to send a message to get the information. The message was replied to us immediately anyway. Certainly if you had come into your room with us, we would certainly have offered you a little aperitif kindly offered by you.

Ho prenotato tramite whatsapp una camera e a causa di un imprevisto molto importante, ovvero un lutto, non mi sono potuto recare alla struttura. Avendo già effettuato il bonifico di pagamento mi rivolgo al servizio clienti, la risposta? Non mi potevano posticipate ne annullare la prenotazione perché avrei dovuto dirlo 5 giorni prima, cosa che non mi era stata riferita tra l’altro, e quindi ho perso tutti i soldi che si sono incassati. Nonostante io abbia fatto presente che non potessi prevedere la morte di un familiare non sono riusciti a trovarmi una soluzione. Morale? Prego per avervi regalato soldi. Bad customer service. I booked a room via whatsapp and due to a very important unexpected event, that is a bereavement, I was unable to go to the facility. Having already made the payment transfer, I contact customer service, the answer? They could not postpone or cancel my booking because I should have said it 5 days before, which was not reported to me, among other things, and therefore I lost all the money they collected. Although I have pointed out that I could not foresee the death of a family member, they have not been able to find a solution for me. Moral? I pray for giving you money.

Stanze moderne stilizzate, ma di una eleganza a mio avviso disarmnate....raffinate e arredate con uno stile unico. Lo consiglio vivamente! It was a unique experience! I think it is one of the most beautiful locations in Palermo! Based on my experience. Stylized modern rooms, but of an elegance that I believe disarmed .... refined and furnished with a unique style. I highly recommend it!
N	Noemi Bottone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che se potessi dare meno di zero sarebbe il giusto giudizio per l'esperienza che ho vissuto in questa suite. Ho pagato per avere un determinato servizio che non ho avuto: macchinetta del caffè guasta (avevo pagato anche pensando di avere ciò in camera,per carità un guasto che potrebbe capitare,ma non si sono degnati di informarmi a riguardo.. comunque sono stati disponibili mandandomi l'operatore che mi ha lasciato i soldi sopra la macchinetta a pagamento),colazione povera (mai vista una colazione così scarsa, a mio parere nemmeno nei peggiori ostelli,almeno lì offrono il latte e i succhi di frutta),sauna parzialmente funzionante (3 "termosifoni" su 5 che servivano per riscaldare la sauna non funzionavano),all'interno della doccia i getti posti sul tetto e sulla parete non funzionavano correttamente (quindi una semplice doccia che potevo farmi tranquillamente a casa).. quando ho riferito questi disagi riguardo la sauna e la doccia sono stati poco gentili e disponibili ad aiutarmi e a dimostrare il dispiacere riguardo l'accaduto (premetto che il titolare successivamente è intervenuto e mi ha dimostrato il suo dispiacere). Per finire,per scusarsi del loro servizio che mi hanno promesso ma che non ho avuto,mi hanno offerto il 20% di sconto sulla prossima prenotazione, VERGOGNOSO!!! I state that if I could give less than zero it would be the right judgment for the experience I lived in this suite. I paid for a certain service that I did not have: a broken coffee machine (I had also paid thinking I had this in the room, for heaven's sake a failure that could happen, but they did not deign to inform me about it .. however they were available sending me the operator who left me the money on the paid machine), poor breakfast (never seen such a poor breakfast, in my opinion not even in the worst hostels, at least there they offer milk and fruit juices), partially functioning sauna ( 3 out of 5 "radiators" that were used to heat the sauna did not work), inside the shower the jets placed on the roof and on the wall did not work properly (so a simple shower that I could take safely at home) .. when I reported these inconvenience regarding the sauna and shower were unkind and willing to help me and to show displeasure about what happened (I state that the owner subsequently intervened and gave me demonstrated his displeasure). Finally, to apologize for their service that they promised me but that I didn't get, they offered me 20% discount on my next booking, SHAME !!!

Direi che dopo svariate avventure definisco il Maximum spa il top su palermo. lusso sfrenato Esperienza unica camere da sogno dove potersi abbandonare a se stessi e sentirsi davvero in un paradiso terrestre. Tv 80 pollici sauna in camera, vasca idromassaggio che definirei una piscina per la sua capienza. Davvero tutto incantevole massima pulizia e soprattutto ho trovato molto disponibile il proprietario disponibile a soddisfare le mie esigenze. Merita davvero tanto ritornerò senz altro. Che dire per chi cerca il massimo lo consoglio vivamente Maximum hotel spa. Charm and elite only for true connoisseurs. I would say that after several adventures I define Maximum spa as the top in Palermo. unbridled luxury Unique experience dream rooms where you can abandon yourself and really feel in an earthly paradise. 80-inch TV, sauna in the room, whirlpool tub that I would call a swimming pool for its capacity. Really all lovely maximum cleanliness and above all I found the owner very helpful to meet my needs. It really deserves so much I will definitely return. What can I say for those looking for the best I highly recommend Maximum hotel spa.
