HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, BOLD IT'S NO LONGER, THE GUEST DOESN'T MATTER!!! INCORRECT OR SIMPLY INCORRECT/MISSING INFORMATION!!! Luckily we (family with a small child) took the garden room, which surprisingly was very quiet, but... ...NO WASHING MACHINE! NO PARKING! NO BREAKFAST! NO VIEW! NO WATER! WASHING MACHINE Already in the morning (we only arrived in the evening), a certain Ornella asked us about the arrival time, in a miserably long message conversation via WhatsApp it turned out that the apartment, which we had booked especially because of the specified equipment, did not have a washing machine. After a "there is none" - "there is one" conversation, we learned that the washing machine is in the garden, but is not for free use (others from the house would also wash there) and costs (not stated in advance) 5€ extra. You can't reserve a parking space either (but according to the review, the housekeeper was very helpful). As we were to find out, the garden was a backyard, the hanging possibility was also there, fully occupied with the sheets and bed linen from the house. We had planned 2 washes in the middle of the holiday and booked an extra 2 nights there. In the end, we were allowed to do one free wash on the first evening, only after protesting, after I was allowed to take the dirty laundry out of the machine. PARK Furthermore, when we arrived on the busy street, we noticed that there was no parking space available in front of the house. Well parking was there at least there, but as usual in Palermo there were already 3 other vehicles in the 2nd lane (some empty) waiting for a space in front of the occupied parking space. Whatsapp quote: "Is nothing free? Wait a bit!" 40 minutes later (we were lucky we got a place near the apartment. Approachable staff was not on site the whole evening. APARTMENT The kitchen is SHARED (not specified). The specified BOTTLE OF WATER also NOT available. The bottles in the fridge of the communal kitchen have already started. The VIEW? Well, city view of the busy street, yes, garden view of the concrete courtyard. As I said, at least calmly. Only at 7:00 a.m. did someone start lifting, only to stop at 8:00 a.m. without motivation. BREAKFAST let's say at 9:22 there was still no breakfast, but that we had booked and, since we didn't want to lose any more time, we went to the kiosk across the street, bought breakfast and finally went exploring the city (quite late anyway, if you plan something). Again: no approachable staff on site and I just didn't feel like a WhatsApp-GoogleTranslator conversation anymore. After a few more negative experiences in Palermo, we decided to leave early. Again in the afternoon there was no contact person on site at the reception, which was probably set up as an alibi. We didn't want to discuss any more, but of course there was another debate via WhatsApp when we announced our departure. When asked why, we also talked about breakfast. Answer: "Well, didn't you take that in the kiosk across the way, as is customary and agreed (apparently with the kiosk)?" As if it was the most natural thing in the world. NO, because it has not been communicated until then. And YES we already have but we paid for it ourselves. After the billing question was clarified, I transferred the outstanding night to the account details received (according to Gabriele, who was praised in reviews) and we moved on, happy to leave this city behind us! Ps: Unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star to complete the review. That wouldn't be deserved either. And for everyone who might think we're spoiled: we've traveled a lot, a lot in Italy, we can endure a lot and are used to a lot. We drove all over Sicily but were never pulled off like that.

Excellent location, fair price, absolutely to improve cleaning of the rooms and above all the toilets, practically unusable shower. To improve the breakfast service, it cannot be entrusted to a dilapidated kiosk.

Convenient location for walking around the historic center, but get some sleep caps, otherwise you risk not sleeping. In fact, some rooms overlook the busy main road all day long (a continuous honking, sirens, night included). The rather dated window frames do not offer any sound insulation. The rooms are very large but should be arranged, especially as regards the bathroom. Noisy and slow drains, very slow shower to heat up (even more than 5 minutes), no towel hanger. Positive note for the managers, very friendly and helpful. The potential to do well is there, unfortunately the structural problems penalize him a lot.

Palazzo fatiscente, scarichi otturato, rumoroso e freddo, no acqua calda e poca pressione. TV in miniatura, almeno era pulito.
Terrible .. rents rooms and no bb, never anyone present except when you have to pay. Dilapidated building, clogged drains, noisy and cold, no hot water and low pressure. Miniature TV, at least it was clean. Bad breakfast in the street at the kiosk all cold and stretched with water.

more than b & b I would say landlords. in two days we have not seen and heard the owner, only wathsapp messages. it is located in an old building in Palermo. breakfast included, at the kiosk opposite, hood and croissant. I have to say that apart from the ugly exterior the room was very large and clean enough. apart from the towels, there were no disposable soaps and shower foam, I recommend bringing them from home. the price paid is good for the excellent location near the center. if you don't have too many demands for a weekend it's fine.

If you are tired and don't have other options is good enough ( due to location) if not recommend to search for other places.
