★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and modern parking, even with toilets (unlock using the parking ticket code). Just the ramp at exit is so steep an sudden, that it the front of our car bounced badly off it, and we needed two attempts to make it up. Thus one star deduction.

Should be doable without entering the ZTL.
