★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is so much annoying...You try on something and in just in a second sale person asking you how is it. And they lought at you in your presense. I come to buy something very particular otherwise I would leave immideately. You can't stand it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch out. Staff may look very friendly but in essence no different than any deceptive street vendor in Rome. They go so far as to lie about the size just to clear the old stock. Deceptive sales tactics still in use for this Italian brand. So like Rome, so like Italy. The product I bought was not even of good quality. The shoulder to arm lines were different for each sleeve. One was oddly twisted compared to the other. So if you are a tourist from abroad and are to leave soon, never visit this store because you are a very easy target for them to sell off defective, off-season stock. No use contacting the head office for complaint. They never care about customer complaints once the purchase is already made and you are out of the country. There's no way you can be helped.
