When in the shop I stupidly managed to loose 40€ that I came in with, I simply asked the staff if they had seen it and I just got a grunt of a reply, they didn’t care in the slightest, ignoring me.
When my friend bought some clothes, she didn’t even get a simple hello/ smile at the counter. Just handed the bag with the clothes she just payed for.
I certainly won’t be coming back to this brandy Melville location, until the staff work on their customer service. They only talk to you if your pretty and give you the evils if you ask them a question. So disrespectful.
