★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read some of the previous reviews. During our visit I can vouch that everything was very good.
We were recommended this restaurant by a local friend who told us it serves authentic Naples style pizza.
The menu (for us) had many choices. Luckily our server (Catarina) was excellent - very friendly and patient. She recommended me to try 7+3 (calabrese), after we discussed my taste, and that I wanted to try something regional and authentic. It was delicious!
They were also able to accommodate my partner, who was on a vegetarian diet. Her pizza was also very tasty.
Catarina (metaphorically) held our hands through the whole menu - we had amazing desserts, and we were very content and happy to visit Gino Sorbillo!
I read older reviews that the service was not up to scratch, but if Catarina is working the day you visit, I am sure you will have no complaints.
Thank you and looking forward to visiting next time we are in Rome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not believe of the bad reviews, this is the traditional Pizza from Naples in the heart of Rome, of course it is more expensive than usual. Think how much they need to pay for the rent! The pizza is made of high quality ingredients and made in the traditional way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place has amazing pizza it's tucked away and off beaten path of most travelers. if you get a chance to visit this restaurant please do I highly recommend it. staff has friendly and the food comes out warm and delicious. indoors are outdoors there's always a great scene in the house. traveling worldwide tourist. be kind to others and be courteous. safe travels to all. Also they have a good tiramisu though i have found it a little pricey to pay 8€ for dessert

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared to Sorbillo in Napoli it lacks the atmosphere, the dough seams quite tasteless. The staff manager quite rude, but the waiters nice and polite. So the pizza looks ok, but lacks something. Maybe it is just a disappointment compared to Napoli, but better then average. I ate pizzas in the highest ranked pizzerias in Italy and this one is certainly not a one that deserves it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice pizza. Nothing special. The only vegan option was the Marinara. Would have been nice to see some other options on the menu to cater for vegetarian/vegan. Charged service charge but no bread or anything whilst you wait for your pizza. Wait staff were friendly, English menu available online

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review sitting in the restaurant. I just finished my pizza which took ages to arrive at my table. I understand the busyness of the place but complete disregard of the customers waiting for their order is exceptional. I could have give more stars if the food was good. Pizza was soggy with a burnt base. I won't suggest you to go there if you are in a hurry or if you can find a better option.
P.S. They charge €2 euros for their remarkable service.
