molto presto comprerò le mie prime Camper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voglio precisare fin da subito che lo staff di questo negozio è gentile, competente e disponibile, tuttavia Camper, come azienda, offre un servizio clienti terrificante. Ho ordinato in negozio un paio di scarpe che non erano disponibili con consegna a domicilio pagando però in negozio. L' ordine è stato annullato per mancanza di disponibilità. La venditrice, Veronica, è stata squisita e mi ha comunque ritrovato le scarpe e le ha fatte arrivare in negozio, tuttavia quando sono andato a ritirarle ho dovuto pagarle una seconda volta e i soldi spesi per l'acquisto delle prime mi verranno resi tramite bonifico tra più di un mese. La risposta del servizio clienti è che "Camper effettua i bonifici solo una volta al mese". Agghiacciante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima e comportamento addetti di scarso valore etico e per alcuni versi molto maleducato. Mi sono recato oggi con mia moglie e mia figlia in questo negozio sito in Roma via del corso in seguito ad un Vostro messaggio del 4/1/22 dove venivo invitato ed effettuare acquisti, anche presso negozi, al fine di ottenere una scontistica fino al 40%. Dopo ave4 subito una lunga attesa, fuori dal negozio, in quanto un signore, poco gradevole e per alcuni versi anche maleducato, doveva effettuare alcune foto all’interno della struttura, ho cercato di spiegare alla signora, che si trovava all’Interno fisicamente ma certamente distratta da altre cose che ero interessato ad acquistare delle scarpe ottenendo lo sconto previsto, dopo aver effettuato il pagamento, ed alla mia richiesta di quantificare lo sconto, sempre la stessa signora, anche un po’ seccata, risponde che su quell’articolo c’era il 10% mente in fase di misurazione aveva detto il 30. Ritengo che un marchio così importante non può assolutamente affidarsi a tali elementi che certamente allontanano la Clientela come successo in questa fase, grazie
Bad experience and behavior of employees of little ethical value and in some ways very rude. I went today with my wife and daughter to this shop located in Rome via del corso following a message from you on 4/1/22 where I was invited and made purchases, even in shops, in order to obtain discounts up to 40%. After a long wait, outside the shop, as a gentleman, unpleasant and in some ways even rude, had to take some photos inside the structure, I tried to explain to the lady, who was physically inside but certainly distracted by other things that I was interested in buying shoes by obtaining the expected discount, after having made the payment, and to my request to quantify the discount, the same lady, even a little annoyed, replies that on that item c 'was 10% while in the measurement phase the 30 had said. I believe that such an important brand cannot absolutely rely on such elements that certainly distance the Customers as successful in this phase, thanks
