Gli ho chiesto se potevano farmi un ulteriore sconto e mi rispondo che il massimo a cui arrivano è il 40%
Allora gli chiedo se possono farmi il 40%
La commessa si allontana per chiederlo alla titolare che le da risposta negativa.
Compro il cappotto.
Il giorno dopo trovo il 4O%
...
...
...
Ora, non mi venissero a dire che l'Azienda purtroppo glielo comunica il giorno stesso dei saldi perché sarebbe una baggianata pazzesca!!!
Certo loro avranno guadagnato 80€ (la differenza tra il 30% e il 40%) ma di certo hanno perso una cliente che avrebbe sicuramente speso ancora nel loro negozio.
Io, giusto per chiarire, mi sarei aspettata l'onestà del sentirmi dire "i saldi al 40% iniziano domani, non possiamo mettertelo da parte, se vuoi passa domani ma non ti garantiamo che poi lo trovi".

Now, they did not come to tell me that the company unfortunately communicates it to them on the day of the sales because it would be a crazy banter !!!
Of course they will have earned 80 € (the difference between 30% and 40%) but certainly they have lost a customer who would surely have spent again in their shop.
I, just to clarify, I would have expected the honesty of being told "the 40% sales start tomorrow, we can't put it aside, if you want to go tomorrow but we can't guarantee you will find it later".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo negozio sono sempre stata trattata in modo gentile, anche quando sono entrata solo per dare un'occhiata e non ho acquistato nulla. Tutte le venditrici sono molto gentili. Spesso sono stata seguita da Luana che ultimamente si è prodigata per farmi avere un paio di scarpe (il cui numero non era presente in negozio) in tempi record. Ogni volta che vado si dimostra sempre super competente e mi consiglia facendomi sentire "coccolata". Magari tutte le venditrici negli altri negozi avessero la passione e la gentilezza e la memoria che ha lei!
In this shop I have always been treated kindly, even when I came in just to have a look and bought nothing. All the sellers are very nice. Often I was followed by Luana who recently worked hard to get me a pair of shoes (the number of which was not present in the store) in record time. Every time I go it always proves super competent and advises me making me feel "pampered". Maybe all the sellers in the other stores had the passion and kindness and the memory that she has!

Commessa piuttosto invadente e insistente.
Nulla a che vedere col negozio di qualche tempo fa.
Really few pieces in the shop. Everything has to be ordered: either the size is missing or the color is missing.
Rather intrusive and insistent saleswoman.
Nothing to do with the shop some time ago.
