★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst exhibition I've ever seen. Grubby site, amateur art student level work, and most of the sound and video installations are broken. Waste of a great space. The site needs a strong curator with vision and energy to get it up and going. Half an hour of my life and €6 that I'll never get back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very nice smaller modern art museum. the expo of ivory coast art & photos is impressive. great spaces. only about 20 min of museum fun — but for 5 eur worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide open spaces. Amazing architecture. Was the main slaughterhouse for Rome. Interesting, alernative exhibitions. Big café where the students hangout. Usually a weekend organic market within the premisis. Fairs held here particularly in the summer. Mall local café Tevere full of buzzing local life and students. Definately worth a visit.

The space is beautiful a lot of it is off limits
With squatters loitering.

The location is very nice and well equipped for this kind of exhibitions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very interesting experience.... loved all that we were able to see. The spray can paintings, the installations, the little market at the back. Very very nice. Although we were a little tired. Sadly we had informed at the booking counter that there was live music and that we could not find. But we did see a light and music display which was mesmerising.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great time in the museum. Almost got to meet the painter at the exhibition. The whole complex is wonderful. It has been renovated from the meat factory into the cultural center so there is a lot of life and sound. Check out the huge sticker wall near the southern wall and multiple graffitis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place, really like it. Very similar to “el matadeiro “ in Madrid, I think that it has a great potential and I’m curious to see what it will become in few years. We saw the world press photo exhibition, which was very interesting and funny (in 1 hour you can see everything even reading all the captions that are super interesting). Recommend it!
