Старинная скотобойня в 19 веке была перенесена с Санта Мария дель Пополо в район Монте Тестачио и была современной и передовой для своего времени. Закрыта после Второй Мировой войны и превращена в площадку для современного искусства. Обязательно для всех, интересующихся современным Римом.
The gallery of modern art, creative workshops, exhibition spaces are concentrated in the territory of the former slaughterhouse. In the 19th century, an old slaughterhouse was moved from Santa Maria del Popolo to the Monte Testachio area and was modern and advanced for its time. Closed after the Second World War and turned into a platform for contemporary art. A must for anyone interested in modern Rome.
