Continue telefonate senza esito, prese in giro a go-go ed alla fine ho deciso di annullare l ordine. Attendo oggi pomeriggio per capire le loro intenzioni. Una stella è fin troppa. Aggiungo... Sono stato contattato nel pomeriggio ed ho ritirato il materasso. Seriousness is not part of their vocabulary. Dopo un anno il pistone del letto si rompe, così chiediamo la sostituzione in garanzia. Per la sostituzione abbiamo dovuto aspettare due anni dopo vari solleciti. Dopo 5 anni nel materasso che ci avevano garantito come ottimo prodotto si formano tante buchette. Decidiamo di affidarci ad altre persone e alla visione del letto ci confermano che il letto è materasso sono di scarsa qualità e sicuramente non valgono i soldi che abbiamo speso. Oltre al prodotto scarso anche il trattamento è stato molto scadente, lasciandoci con un letto per due anni con un solo pistone con tutto il disagio che ne deriva. I do not recommend this shop. We bought a storage bed including a mattress, which was sold as medium quality stuff at a discounted price. After one year the bed plunger breaks, so we ask for a replacement under warranty. For the replacement we had to wait two years after several reminders. After 5 years in the mattress that they had guaranteed us as an excellent product, many holes form. We decide to rely on other people and the vision of the bed confirms us that the bed is mattress are of poor quality and definitely not worth the money we spent. In addition to the poor product the treatment was also very poor, leaving us with a bed for two years with only one piston with all the discomfort that comes with it.

Il materasso in questione ha una sgranatura e non ci vuole un esperto per vedere o accorgersi che non è un "filo tirato" come mi è stato risposto al telefono dal signore professionale e cortese! Mai Più!
