★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un materasso spiegando al venditore i miei problemi alla schiena, mi è stato fornito un materasso durissimo, a suo dire il migliore per i mie problemi. Niente, il dolore è notevolmente aumentato. Me lo hanno cambiato con un modello diverso, dicendo che era più "ergonomico", ma nessun sollievo. Alla fine ho lasciato perdere, mi sono rivolta ad altra azienda, stavolta mi hanno fornito un prodotto molle insacchettate e memory, sono rinata. Il materasso costava il giusto, adesso capisco il perché: la qualità si paga.
