La Responsabile commerciale in salone vendita è molto cordiale, coretta e proattiva; piuttosto che proporre soluzioni preconfezionate, ti ascolta per comprenderre appieno le tue esigenze. Noi abbiamo scelto un materasso a 1000 molle, in vegetale anallergico; molto confortevole seppur sostenuto (a noi piacciono duri), fresco, offre un gran comfort notturno. Fra i soldi meglio spesi degli ultimi tempi... The perceived quality of the product in the Show Room is equal to that found in use once the mattress is at home. The sales manager in the sales room is very friendly, fair and proactive; rather than proposing pre-packaged solutions, it listens to you to fully understand your needs. Anzi, avete ritrattato anche su alcune cose che avevate invece promesso nelle precedenti email. Quindi, confermo la mia disapprovazione, e continuo a sostenere la mia delusione nei vostri confronti, oltre che ad agire nelle sedi opportune per cautelarmi dal disagio recatomi. Non consiglio l'acquisto da questa azienda. Dopo un anno e mezzo di uso e cura maniacale, senza mai girare il materasso come da loro istruzioni, è venuta fuori una "gobba" fastidiosissima. L'azienda prima ancora di vedere il difetto dal vivo, imputa a me un errore nell'utilizzo dello stesso. Dopo alcuni battibecchi via email, offrono la possibilità di incollare di nuovo la lastra interna, ma pagando io le spese di trasporto del materasso di andata e ritorno, facendomi rimanere almeno una settimana senza un materasso sul quale dormire..... Pessima assistenza. Il materasso è in garanzia 5 anni, e il danno che ho avuto, è purtroppo un caso che rientra nella garanzia... Ma purtroppo hanno fatto finta di niente... Dovevano cambiarlo ad occhi chiusi con le migliori scuse ! Sicuramente, mai più questo brand di materassi ! ... After some bickering via email, they offer the possibility of gluing the inner sheet again, but by paying the cost of transporting the mattress to and fro, leaving me at least a week without a mattress to sleep on ..... Bad assistance. The mattress is under 5 years warranty, and the damage I had, is unfortunately a case that falls under the warranty ... But unfortunately they pretended nothing happened ... They had to change it with their eyes closed with the best excuses! Definitely, never again this mattress brand!

It does not disappoint. Although I made the purchase at their website, the sales representative, Sig. Jacopo , was very helpful in making sure the delivery was done timely and answering any questions. Thumbs up for this Tuscan company!
