Letto fissato due mesi fa, doveva arrivare dopo 1 mese, e ad oggi non si sa nemmeno se è stato prodotto e in quale parte del mondo possa essere. Telefonate, viaggi a vuoto senza mai una risposta .
Persone inaffidabili, che dopo tutto il disagio creato non vengono nemmeno in contro al cliente.
PENSATECI PRIMA DI AFFIDARVI A LORO!

Bed fixed two months ago, it was supposed to arrive after 1 month, and to date it is not even known if it was produced and in what part of the world it may be. Phone calls, empty trips without ever an answer.
Unreliable people, who after all the inconvenience created do not even come against the customer.

Two months ago I came to your shop in Prato because I was interested in buying a mattress. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho contattato Claudia alcune settimane fa sotto consiglio di alcuni clienti i quali mi hanno consigliato magniflex e specialmente claudia come referente.
Il servizio è stato impeccabile, persone affidabili e materiale di altissimo livello. Non ho avuto nessun problema né con il prodotto né con le tempistiche.
Claudia in particolare si è molto spesa per noi e ci ha dato ottimi consigli perché la sua esperienza merita. Non posso dire altro che bene.

I contacted Claudia a few weeks ago under the advice of some clients who recommended magniflex and especially claudia as a contact.
The service was impeccable, reliable people and top notch material. I had no problem with either the product or the timing.
Claudia in particular spent a lot of money for us and gave us excellent advice because her experience deserves it. I can't say anything but good.
