★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da incubo(altro che sogni d'oro) dopo 2 materassi fallati(dichiarato da loro), un terzo materasso mai richiesto....dopo un anno da incubo attendo ancora il materasso promesso(schiene a pezzi)....da Gennaio...ed oggi danno la colpa al covid19....ma se il mio ordine è di Giugno 2019....SIAMO ALLA LORO MERCÉ....malgrado abbiamo pagato 1400,00 euro
Nightmare experience (nothing but sweet dreams) after 2 failed mattresses (declared by them), a third mattress never requested .... after a nightmare year I still await the promised mattress (back to pieces) .... from January ... and today they blame covid19 .... but if my order is from June 2019 .... WE ARE AT THEIR MERCÉ .... despite having paid € 1400.00

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noi abbiamo effettuato l'acquisto di un materasso memory foam un anno fa e ad oggi ci possiamo ritenere molto soddisfatti! Il mio mal di schiena è finalmente scomparso e questo dal primo mese che abbiamo dormito su questo materasso. Anche mio marito non ha mai dormito così bene come quest'ultimo anno! Abbiamo acquistato anche il letto contenitore in ecopelle davvero fantastico! Il venditore è stato gentile, disponibile e competente e ci ha consigliato bene. La consegna è avvenuta nei tempi concordati. Soddisfatti anche dal servizio di montaggio.
We purchased a memory foam mattress a year ago and today we can be very satisfied! My back pain has finally disappeared and this from the first month we slept on this mattress. Even my husband has never slept as well as he has last year! We also bought the really cool faux leather storage bed! The seller was kind, helpful and knowledgeable and advised us well. The delivery took place within the agreed time. Also satisfied with the assembly service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho mai avuto notizie del ritardo del mio letto se non dopo le mie telefonate. Gestione degli imprevisti ridicola. Più di un mese di ritardo nella consegna del letto. E consegnato solo dopo che ho contattato il servizio clienti in tutti i modi possibili e immaginabili. Il personale del negozio non adatto alla gestione delle problematiche.
I never heard of my bed being late until after my phone calls. Ridiculous contingency management. More than a month late in delivering the bed. And delivered only after I contact customer service in every conceivable way possible. Store staff not suited to handling issues.

Abbiamo trovato davvero tantissima scelta di colori e rivestimenti, massima cortesia e disponibilità sia in negozio che nei ragazzi che hanno effettuato il montaggio!

We bought an oversized bed (210x190) and had a great time! The bed is spectacular and above all made of excellent material!
We really found a lot of choice of colors and coverings, maximum courtesy and availability both in the shop and in the guys who did the assembly!
