Dopo un anno ho dovuto comprare un altro materasso perché avevo la schiena a pezzi. Ovviamente non lho comprato da loro che non mi rivedranno mai piu horrible mattress, paid a thousand euros. M	Marco Power on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo essere sincero, mi ha fatto strano entrare in un negozio di Materassi come si faceva 20 anni fa, e non mi andava piu di acquistare un materasso via internet o mobilifici come fatto in passato. Ero un po titubante. Mi ha accolto una ragazza molto simpatica e mi ha messo subito a mio agio, facendomi provare il prodotto e uscito dal negozio con acquisto effettuato. Se c è qualcosa che andrebbe approfondita adesso so che posso recarmi in sede di persona. Assistenza alla vendita ottima, e anche dopo con tutte le accortezze. Negozio bello, moderno e molto rilassante l'ideal per provare il materasso perfetto. Lo consiglierei. I have to be honest, it made me strange to enter a mattress shop as it did 20 years ago, and I no longer felt like buying a mattress via the internet or furniture factories as I did in the past. I was a little hesitant. A very nice girl welcomed me and immediately put me at ease, letting me try the product and leaving the shop with the purchase made. If there is something that should be investigated now I know that I can go there in person. Excellent sales assistance, and even after with all the precautions. Nice, modern and very relaxing shop ideal to try the perfect mattress. I would recommend it.
D	Daniela Gnudi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato qui perché vincolata da un precedente materasso permaflex già in mio possesso. Il negozio è ben fornito, peccato per il pessimo servizio vendita. Sin dal momento del preventivo è stato evidente lo stato di confusione in cui versano: incapacità di calcolo del preventivo e dell'anticipo del 30%, servizio commerciale totalmente incompetente nei modi e nei tempi. Per fare qualche esempio dopo aver inviato l'anticipo, sul quale peraltro a distanza di 3 giorni dal preventivo ho avvertito notevoli pressioni da parte della commessa, chiedono pure che il saldo sia versato affinché l'ordine possa andare in produzione. Il mio ordine dei primi di dicembre non è ancora stato consegnato, ma io ho saldato tutto già dal 26 dicembre scorso (altra stranezza considerando che normalmente il saldo è alla consegna o addirittura a 30/60/90 giorni). Due giorni fa ho chiamato per chiedere lo stato dell'arte e sto ancora attendendo una chiamata da parte dell'operatrice che avrebbe dovuto farmi sapere entro qualche minuto. Inoltre, nessuno ha riscontrato la mail che avevo inviato per comunicare l'avvenuto pagamento del saldo. Inoltre sono assolutamente tirati sugli omaggi. Per un ordine di circa 1800 Euro non era previsto null. Ho dovuto richiederlo ed è sembrato come se stessi facendo l'elemosina. Pessimi! Negozio da evitare. From the moment of the estimate the state of confusion in which they live was evident: inability to calculate the estimate and the 30% advance, commercial service totally incompetent in terms and times. To give some examples, after sending the advance, on which, however, 3 days after the estimate I felt considerable pressure from the order, they also ask that the balance be paid so that the order can go into production. My order from early December has not yet been delivered, but I have already paid everything since last December 26th (another oddity considering that normally the balance is on delivery or even 30/60/90 days). Two days ago I called to ask about the state of the art and I'm still waiting for a call from the operator who should have let me know within a few minutes. Furthermore, no one found the email I sent to communicate the payment of the balance. Plus they are absolutely pulled on the freebies. For an order of around 1800 Euros, nothing was expected. I had to request it and it felt like I was giving alms. Bad! Shop to avoid.
