★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un appuntamento posticipato per ben tre volte, un'attesa di 3 ore senza alcuna giustificazione e una chiamata nella quale, a seguito delle mie lamentele per non essersi presentato, il tecnico adduceva la spiegazione di essere giunto sul posto ma che nessuno rispondeva (ero in casa da ben tre ore ad attendere) e quindi di essere andato via dopo aver atteso al massimo 5 minuti (le chiamate ricevute sono una prova), il mio unico commento è: zero professionalità, zero assunzione di responsabilità e zero umiltà nel chiedere, perlomeno, scusa. Sconsigliatissimo
 After an appointment postponed three times, a wait of 3 hours without any justification and a call in which, following my complaints for not presenting, the technician gave the explanation of having arrived on the spot but that nobody answered (I was at home for three hours waiting) and then having left after waiting a maximum of 5 minutes (calls received are a test), my only comment is: zero professionalism, zero assumption of responsibility and zero humility in asking, at least, sorry. Sconsigliatissimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto un intervento in quanto il mio scaldabagno Baxi in due occasioni nell'ultima settimana si era bloccato non producendo piu acqua calda. La mattina dell'arrivo dei 2 tecnici lo scaldabagno produceva acqua calda. Dopo 1 ora di intervento mi hanno detto che il problema era il "polmone" come si vede da rapporto qui allegato, lasciandomi con acqua fredda e dicendo che l'unica alternativa era la sostituzione del pezzo. Mi hanno promesso di chiamarmi in giornata per il preventivo del pezzo da sostituire urgentemente, sopratutto visto che a quel punto non c'era piu acqua calda in casa. Costo dell'intervento 80€. Non mi hanno mai richiamato. Fortunatamente appena usciti di casa ho chiamato un altra ditta di riparazioni che è intervenuta nel pomeriggio aggiustando il guasto, che era in realtà relativo al pistone per l'accensione. Inoltre, il tecnico mi ha detto che non esiste il "polmone" in questo scaldabagno: capisco quindi il motivo per cui non mi hanno mai richiamato lasciandomi con l'acqua fredda in casa. Dall'intervento del tecnico dell'altra ditta lo scaldabagno non ha piu avuto problemi. Potete trarre voi le conclusioni: 80€, lasciato senza acqua calda in casa. con la promessa di essere richiamato in giornata per sostituire un pezzo che non esiste. Non credo il titolare mi contatterà mai per scusarsi ma spero possiate evitare di rivolgervi a questa ditta.
I requested an intervention as my Baxi water heater on two occasions in the last week had stopped producing hot water. On the morning of the arrival of the 2 technicians, the water heater produced hot water. After 1 hour of surgery they told me that the problem was the "lung" as you can see from the attached report, leaving me with cold water and saying that the only alternative was to replace the piece. They promised to call me the same day for the estimate of the piece to be replaced urgently, especially since there was no more hot water in the house at that point. Cost of the intervention € 80. They never called me back. Fortunately, as soon as I left the house I called another repair company that intervened in the afternoon fixing the fault, which was actually related to the ignition piston. Furthermore, the technician told me that there is no "lung" in this water heater: I therefore understand why they never called me back leaving me with cold water in the house. Since the intervention of the technician from the other company, the water heater has no longer had problems. You can draw your own conclusions: 80 €, left without hot water in the house. with the promise to be called back today to replace a piece that doesn't exist. I don't think the owner will ever contact me to apologize but I hope you can avoid contacting this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho chiamati specificando il problema, specifico che era già venuto l'installatore il quale aveva contattato il produttore del condizionatore che aveva individuato correttamente il guasto. Si sono presentati senza il pezzo indicatogli ed hanno constatato che era proprio ciò che serviva. Ho pagato metà della tariffa di intervento per una diagnosi già ricevuta. Per l'intervento sul condizionatore ho deciso di acquistarne uno nuovo, visto i prezzi dei pezzi di ricambio e la non certezza della riparazione sicuramente la soluzione migliore. L'installazione la farà un'altra ditta.
I called them specifying the problem, specifically that the installer had already come and contacted the manufacturer of the air conditioner who had correctly identified the fault. They showed up without the piece indicated to them and found that it was just what was needed. I paid half the intervention fee for a diagnosis already received. For the intervention on the air conditioner I decided to buy a new one, given the prices of spare parts and the uncertainty of repairing, certainly the best solution. The installation will be done by another company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atteso per le 17,00 per il preventivo di acquisto ed intallazione di 2 condizionatori,veniamo contattati telefonicamente solo alle 17,45 da una segretaria dicendo che sarebbe arrivato per le 18,15 causa imprevisto.Alle 18,40 sentiamo suonare il citofono,finalmente era lui,e già ancora sulle scale,gli comunichiamo che in appartamento vi era presente una cagnolina che alla sua vista presumibilmente avrebbe abbaiato. Cosi è stato,titubante entra e chiede di allontanare la cagnolina che ormai aveva già smesso di abbaiare e lo annusava. Gli diciamo di stare tranquillo, che ormai aveva smesso di abbaiare e lo stava solo annusando,lui replica che non si può star tranquilli con una cagnolina vicino alle gambe che lo annusa,apre la porta di ingresso,saluta e se ne va tirandosi la porta dietro e sbattendola violentemente,creando un frastuono nell'androne delle scale e facendo cadere della tonaca in appartamento in prossimità dei cardini della porta stessa. Gente così non ha bisogno di lavorare evidentemente. Sconsigliato

People like that don't need to work obviously. Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo per un condizionatore di recente costruzione e che ha smesso di funzionare e fornisco il codice di errore. Mi dicono che con € 100 vengono e sono compresi i primi 30 minuti di lavoro.
Alla fine mi hanno detto che non si poteva riparare (un condizionatore praticamente nuovo)...... perchè il motore è rotto (affermazione giunta senza andare a vedere il motore della motocondensante) ma solo smontando i filtri dello split interno ?.
Secondo me a loro non interessa riparare, ma guadagnare sulla chiamata, senza far nulla di concreto per risolvere il problema.
Ho chiamato poi un altro riparatore che è andato in esterno ed ha riparato il tutto.....
I call for a newly built air conditioner that has stopped working and I give the error code. They tell me that with € 100 they come and the first 30 minutes of work are included.
In the end they told me that it could not be repaired (a practically new air conditioner) ...... because the engine is broken (statement arrived without going to see the condensing unit motor) but only by removing the filters of the internal split ?.
In my opinion they are not interested in repairing, but earning on the call, without doing anything concrete to solve the problem.
Then I called another repairman who went outside and repaired everything .....
