★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo,mai più,20 minuti di attesa fuori dal negozio per niente,andato per un apparecchio da riparare,se non si ripara te lo lasciano smontato per le loro normative e i 10 euro cmq se li tengono,paranoia del Covid max 1 persona all'interno,da evitare.

Ho portato una macina caffè e dopo aver lasciato 10 euro per il preventivo mi dicono che non si può riparare. il giorno che vado a ritirare la macina mi viene consegnata in pezzi, quindi comunque totalmente inutilizzabile per le funzionalità residue.
Bad customer service.
I brought a coffee grinder and after leaving 10 euros for the quote they tell me that it cannot be repaired. the day I go to collect the grinder it is delivered to me in pieces, therefore totally unusable for the residual functions.

La persona che mi ha assistito è molto gentile ed educata, cose non scontate né trascurabili.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a questo centro assistenza DeLonghi per la mia Magnifica S di soli 4 mesi con un piccolo problemino del montalatte in garanzia. Inizialmente mi hanno fornito la ricevuta per il ritiro ritiro dalla riparazione con data già fissata per la settimana seguente, cosa che già avevo apprezzato come professionale. Ma sono andati oltre, a distanza di un paio d'ore mi hanno chiamato comunicandomi che la macchina era già pronta, con mia piacevole sorpresa, dato che avevano constatato essere un problemino da poco. Risultato: in una mattinata ho consegnato e ritirato la macchia del caffè automatica, tornata come nuova!!! Ho anche molto apprezzato disponibilità e gentilezza, cose non sempre scontate. Grazie.
I turned to this DeLonghi service center for my Magnifica S of only 4 months with a small problem of the milk frother under warranty. Initially they gave me the receipt for the pickup repair pickup with a date already set for the following week, which I already appreciated as a professional. But they went further, after a couple of hours they called me and told me that the car was ready, to my pleasant surprise, since they had found it to be a little problem. Result: in one morning I delivered and collected the automatic coffee machine, back as new !!! I also very much appreciated availability and kindness, things not always taken for granted. Thank you.
