★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi metterei 0. Dopo due ore di ritardo DUE! non si sono scusati e non ci hanno dato spiegazioni. In queste due ore di tempo si divertivano a dirci “10 minuti e veniamo” “giro l’angolo e arrivo” ecc ecc
Sedili non adeguati, sporco, poca cura in tutto( autista compreso). Che schifo. 18 persone ( metà straniere in viaggio per studio ) non consigliano assolutamente la ditta mataluna.
If I could I would put 0. After two hours late TWO! they did not apologize and gave us no explanations. In these two hours of time they enjoyed telling us "10 minutes and we come" "around the corner and I arrive" etc. etc.
Inadequate seats, dirty, little care in everything (including the driver). How disgusting. 18 people (half foreigners traveling to study) absolutely do not recommend the company mataluna.

I traveled with Mataluna several times, and I always had a great time. Maximum seriousness and professionalism on the part of the organizers, always attentive to customer needs. Friendly and helpful drivers, comfortable buses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho viaggiato più di una volta con loro. I pullman più che confortevoli, sia per l estetica e sia per la sicurezza. Il personale al top, dall organizzatrice(Anna impeccabile), agli autisti. Viaggi organizzati col giusto rapporto qualità prezzo, anzi a volte superiori al costo in se. Che dire voto eccellente.
I have traveled with them more than once. The buses are more than comfortable, both for aesthetics and for safety. The staff at the top, from the organizer (Anna impeccable), to the drivers. Organized trips with the right value for money, sometimes even higher than the cost itself. What about excellent marks.

Because of them I lost 1,400 euros of a booked trip ... they are not serious .. beware and go elsewhere

Dovevo partire a Marzo 2020…viaggio pagato, causa COVID viaggio rimandato…sono spariti per 1 anno non hanno risposto a telefonate mail e pec…hanno riaperto..ma non mi hanno chiamato per usufruirei del voucher e quando sono andato in agenzia…mi hanno detto che il tour operator non rispondeva più….loro non potevano farci nulla e quindi ho perso 1.400 euro.
Zero ... bad agency. I had to leave in March 2020 ... paid travel, due to COVID travel postponed ... they disappeared for 1 year they did not answer phone calls, mails and pecs ... they reopened ... but they didn't call me to take advantage of the voucher and when I went to the agency ... they said that the tour operator was no longer responding .... they could not do anything about it and therefore I lost 1,400 euros.
