Durante la chiacchierata con l'operatrice siamo stati interrotti piú volte da un'avventrice che, entrata dopo di noi, pretendeva l'attenzione del personale in servizio. Nessuno ha sentito la necessità di spiegarle che stesse interrompendo una conversazione in corso. Nel prosieguo siamo stati costretti ad ascoltare in viva voce i messaggi audio della stessa signora che cercava di organizzare un viaggio a Disneyland mentre sedeva al tavolo della reception. Abbiamo evitato di mostrare irritazione. Abbiamo concordato con l'operatrice che, a valle delle ricerche, ci avrebbe ricontattato via mail o al telefono. Ad oggi non siamo stati contattati né abbiamo ricevuto e-mail. Abbiamo avuto la sensazione che la professionalità e l'educazione albergano altrove, ma forse si tratta di una occasionale distrazione. We visited this agency in view of the next summer stay. During the chat with the operator we were interrupted several times by an adventurer who, who entered after us, demanded the attention of the staff on duty. No one felt the need to explain to her that she was interrupting an ongoing conversation. In the following we were forced to listen to the audio messages of the same lady who was trying to organize a trip to Disneyland while she was sitting at the reception table. We avoided showing irritation. We agreed with the operator that, following the research, she would contact us by email or by phone. To date we have not been contacted or received e-mails. We felt that professionalism and education reside elsewhere, but perhaps this is an occasional distraction.
