Il Giorno seguente vado al negozio enunciando il fatto e mi dicono sgarbatamente che non era di loro interesse effettuare il cambio in quanto non vi era la plastica attorno alla scatola e allora ribadisco alla dipendente che era un regalo e, dunque, era inevitabile che la bambina lo aprisse. Senza andare sulle lunghe,non ha effettuato il cambio.Esperienza negativa anzi negativissima. Politiche di vendita inammissibili. Ho acquistati una bambola a mia figlia ed è uscita difettata. Il costo era irrisorio circa 15euro. Ed io le ho chiesto se potevo prenderne un altra migliore non mi interessava del prezzo. E la commessa ovviamente carente e in matematica che in commercio mi ha detto che non poteva farlo. Credo che questo negozio commercialmente non durerà molto. Nemmeno il tempo di girarmi per uscire hanno fatto avanzare il cliente successivo per fare in fretta. In barba alle distanze da mantenere.. Evidentemente tre mesi di chiusura non valgono l'attesa di 5 minuti di ritardo per accontentare un cliente e preservare il lavoro . Mai più Unkind staff .. It was one o'clock .. Ho acquistato un giocattolo che nn si presentava nelle migliori condizioni ed ho chiesto un piccolo sconto che mi è stato fatto anchexse con un pò di nervosismo da parte di una delle due commesse... tre stelle x la gentilezza dell'altra commessa.
