Il Giorno seguente vado al negozio enunciando il fatto e mi dicono sgarbatamente che non era di loro interesse effettuare il cambio in quanto non vi era la plastica attorno alla scatola e allora ribadisco alla dipendente che era un regalo e, dunque, era inevitabile che la bambina lo aprisse. Senza andare sulle lunghe,non ha effettuato il cambio.Esperienza negativa anzi negativissima. Politiche di vendita inammissibili. Non ci andrò più. Ma c'è molto da dire sul personale che cambia a proprio piacimento la politica sui resi, in maniera "uterina". Accompagnate da risposte sgradevoli, non vengono incontro al cliente bensì adottano la politica del :"problemi suoi se non funziona". Sicuramente dopo questa esperienza non farò più ritorno e così anche i miei conoscenti. Eh beh quindi adesso :"problemi vostri". Nothing to dispute about the store and the assortment.
