★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato circa 30 motori Master dal 2014 al 2016 nei due modelli Metis e Atom, motori radio con finecorsa elettronici e di questi 6 li ho dovuti sostituire a partire dai tre anni di vita. I metis non riuscivano a far rimanere aperta la tapparella perchè scendeva da sola, gli Atom invece avevano tutti i finecorsa che si spostavano e alcuni il problema che ad un tratto non davano più cenni di vita. Il loro agente me ne ha riconosciuto solo uno, e ho dovuto quindi a mie spese ricomprarmi gli altri 5 (da un altro fornitore) e rimetterci il tempo del lavoro della sostituzione di tutti e 6. Alla mail che ho inviato per far presenti i problemi non hanno nemmeno risposto.
I purchased about 30 Master motors from 2014 to 2016 in the two Metis and Atom models, radio motors with electronic limit switches and of these 6 I had to replace them starting from the three years of life. The metis could not keep the shutter open because it went down by itself, the Atom instead had all the limit switches that moved and some the problem that suddenly no longer gave signs of life. Their agent recognized me only one, and I therefore had to buy back the other 5 (from another supplier) at my own expense and lose the time of the work of replacing all 6. To the email I sent to point out the problems they didn't even answer.
