Disponibile anche pizza con mozzarella senza lattosio e pizza al kamut. La signora che gestisce è una simpatica signora siciliana. Bella scoperta dietro casa. 5 stelle! Fanno anche degli ottimi arancini siciliani, (infatti la signora è siciliana) è meglio ordinarli in anticipo per essere sicuri di trovarli. Hanno anche un tavolino dove sedersi nell'attesa e leggere qualcosa. Ho provato anche la consegna a domicilio, tutto ok. Unico neo, come tutti i locali che lavorano bene e tanto, occorre prenotare con un buon anticipo. Probably the best takeaway pizzeria in the area. The dough is quality and you can hear it! Mi sono fermata casualmente ieri sera, pizza buonissima, i gestori simpaticissimi,cordiali, molto attenti,disponibili ad ascoltare le esigenze e richieste dei clienti . Ho fatto caso alla cura di come sono disposti i cibi e ho notato cosa non molto comune la suddivisione dei cibi in particolare le verdure grigliate. Ed essendo allergica alle melanzane anche x contaminazione con altri alimenti,mi ha fatto molto piacere vedere che sono accuratamente separati. Mi hanno detto che sono molto attenti e meticolosi a riguardo il problema delle allergie e che se si fa richiesta hanno un occhio di riguardo nella cottura della pizza e la informiamo separatamente. Gliel'ho detto ieri sera giá entusiasta ancora prima di assaggiare la loro pizza! Uscendo dissi sarete la mia pizzeria di fiducia. E dopo aver mangiato la pizza confermo.
