Ero titubante inizialmente per la moltitudine di corsi che possiedono, visto precedenti problemi alla schiena avevo bisogno di essere seguito un po di più e non “un esercizio e amen”, come già successo, eppure mi son ricreduto subito.. Oltre ad essere sempre a tua disposizione la preparazione che si riceve nonché la stessa del trainer è fenomenale, entro dentro discutibilmente scazzato per la giornata ed esco fuori come nuovo… un bell’ambiente, ci si allena col sorriso! consigliatissimo I waited a while to do this review ... Ottimo per chi vuole distrarsi ed allenarsi con attività sia martial che fit (anche all’aperto). Consigliato! Course gym suitable for all ages! Managed by two guys who are always available and attentive to the needs of all members. Great for those who want to get distracted and train with both martial and fit activities (even outdoors). Recommended!

All'inizio ho iscritto solo mio figlio ma, dallo scorso anno, ho deciso di iscrivermi anch'io e devo dire che, sebbene la sera sia il corpo che lo spirito sono abbastanza provati, con i corsi della Kinetic sempre svolti in un ambiente pulito, sicuro e soprattutto sereno, riesco a scaricare tutta la stanchezza e lo stress accumulati durante la giornata...e dell'assistente in segreteria ne vogliamo parlare???? Giulia è davvero carinissima e sempre disponibile. Che altro dire???? La filosofia di vita della Kinetic Studio di Lainate vale davvero la pena di essere provata.... e non è tanto per scrivere... I met Luca and Federico 4 years f trust, professionalism, sympathy and a and I must say that, immediately, they inspired me with trust, professionalism, friendliness and fair play. At the beginning I only enrolled my son but, since last year, I decided to enroll too and I must say that, although in the evening both the body and the spirit are quite tested, with the Kinetic courses always carried out in a clean environment , safe and above all serene, I can unload all the tiredness and stress accumulated during the day ... and we want to talk about the assistant in the secretariat ???? Mi alleno con Luca e in passato mi sono allenato anche con Federico, sono due istruttori formidabili, completi e sanno trasmettere la loro passione in quel che insegnano. New gym, full of courses of various kinds for all ages. Composed of instructors who have skills in multiple disciplines, from martial arts and beyond. I train with Luca and in the past I also trained with Federico, they are two formidable instructors, complete and know how to convey their passion in what they teach.

Io faccio pilates al mattino: di loro e dei loro collaboratori apprezzo la simpatia, disponibilità e competenza; con un occhio attento a chi è over .... anta. Mio figlio, arti marziali, molto più tecnico di me, apprezza, della nuova palestra, la struttura e il materiale sempre a disposizione, il cui utilizzo si alterna agli esercizi al corpo libero; la competenza degli allenatori; il fatto che da quando le lezioni sono da prenotare, il maestro struttura l'allenamento in base al numero degli iscritti e alle presenze programmate: un'evoluzione molto positiva. Della nuova struttura, io apprezzo la luminosità e la comodità, mio figlio gli specchi alle pareti ed il pavimento coperto di materiale morbido, che rendono gli allenamenti più sicuri ed efficaci. Personalmente, sono molto contenta di averli visti "crescere" nel loro progetto ? I have known Luca and Federico for 15 years; they trained my eldest son first and now they train me and my youngest son. Of the new structure, I appreciate the brightness and comfort, my son the mirrors on the walls and the floor covered with soft material, which make training safer and more effective. Personally, I am very happy to have seen them "grow" in their project ?
