Per gli appassionati di Zumba in particolare un esempio, direi unico nel panorama monzese, di Zumba in tutte le sue diversificazioni, che tonifica e fa bene non solo al corpo, ma soprattutto alla mente. Una esperienza imperdibile. A gym the SB Fitness & Dance to attend and moreover assiduously for how high the attention of the talented trainer Simona Bollente is for all her students, without exception, whatever the activity and the time of day. For Zumba fans in particular an example, I would say unique in the Monza area, of Zumba in all its diversifications, which tones up and does good not only to the body, but above all to the mind. An unmissable experience.

I entrusted the passion of my 2 children to a sincere, reliable and highly talented person Simona boiling, a great woman who treats her students with heart as if they were all under her wing of protection ..... a high level gym and professionalism I would recommend it to all mothers but not only since courses are organized for all ages. .... A great STAFF homework for everything you need for passion, fun, light-heartedness and lots of sport !!!!!
