★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per varie richieste di installazione di porte e finestre abbiamo usufruito della ditta Ottimo.
Il risultato della consulenza dell’ottimo Giacomo hanno portato alla realizzazione di serramenti pienamente efficienti. Nell’ultimo periodo , non per colpa della ditta, ma per difficoltà dei produttori di reperire la materia prima, causa COVID, i tempi di consegna si sono allungati cosa che si sta registrando in molti settori dell’edilizia. La disponibilità e la gentilezza è massima e vengono sempre incontro alle esigenze del cliente cercando di accontentarlo nel limite del possibile.

The availability and kindness is maximum and always meet the needs of the customer trying to satisfy him as far as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per ora stanno solo continuando a rimandare la consegna. Una presa in giro dietro l' altra. Tante belle parole per accaparrarsi il lavoro poi nei fatti si é rivelato tutt'altro. Sinceramente delusi, nel mio caso, si stanno dimostrando inaffidabili, se non avessi firmato un contratto e dato già parte dei soldi avrei cambiato ditta già da un bel pezzo.

Finalmente montati! A parte alcune dimenticanze che spero rimedieranno al più presto, a distanza di qualche settimana con i serramenti in uso devo purtroppo confermare la recensione negativa, niente da dire su qualità e bravura nell' installare, il problema é che siamo stati proprio mal guidati durante la scelta! Avendo loro esperienza contavo sul fatto che sapessero capire il verso migliore di apertura degli scuri e invece.... Risultato abbiamo dovuto scambiare alcuni scuri in fase di installazione per non avere problemi in futuro.... e altre cose del genere che non sto a scrivere
Quindi in definitiva.... C'è di meglio

Post vendita pessimo da un mese la maniglia della porta d' ingresso si é staccata e dopo ripetute segnalazioni non sono ancora venuti a sistemarla e la finestra difettata non me l' hanno ancora cambiata. e sono passati mesi dall' installazione!!!! Pessimi pessimi pessimi
E che non mi vengano a dire che sono dispiaciuti o che devo chiamare. Che devo chiamare in negozio per risolvere perché é quello che sto facendo da un mese e non é cambiato nulla!
Finalmente hanno finito.
For now they are just continuing to postpone the delivery. One mockery after another. So many beautiful words to grab the job then in fact it turned out to be quite the opposite. Honestly disappointed, in my case, they are proving unreliable, if I hadn't signed a contract and given some of the money already I would have changed company for quite a while.
Update
Finally assembled! Apart from some oversights that I hope will be remedied as soon as possible, after a few weeks with the windows in use I unfortunately have to confirm the negative review, nothing to say about quality and skill in installing, the problem is that we were really badly guided during the choice! Having their experience I counted on the fact that they knew how to understand the best direction of opening the shutters and instead .... Result we had to swap some shutters during the installation phase in order not to have problems in the future .... and other things like that that I am not to write
So ultimately .... It gets better
Update
Bad after sales for a month, the handle of the entrance door has come off and after repeated reports they have not yet come to fix it and the defective window has not yet been changed for me. and it's been months since installation !!!! Bad bad bad
And don't tell me they're sorry or that I need to call. Which I have to call the shop to solve because that's what I've been doing for a month and nothing has changed!
They are finally done.

I lavori eseguiti a casa mia sono stati grossi ma i 2 operatori sono stati molto attenti, puliti e professionali .
Posso consigliare questa ditta sia per i prodotti che per la messa in opera, davvero bravi .
After about 3 years from the installation of the new windows, I can tell you that:
Very serious company, I was followed by Mr. Giacomo who recommended the Finestral product to me
The works carried out in my house were big but the 2 operators were very careful, clean and professional.
I can recommend this company both for the products and for the implementation, really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È stata una esperienza positiva. Su una commessa di medie entità con una decina di finestre, porte e portoncino, si è arrivati ad un risultato più che soddisfacente. Nel paradigma qualità/prezzo/tempistiche, la qualità è di fascia alta sia nei materiali, avendo come fornitori le migliori ditte italiane, sia nell'installazione (6 stelle! il loro punto di forza); il prezzo è in linea con il mercato di fascia alta e considerando il fatto che si prendono carico di ogni difetto di misurazioni, fabbricazione o montaggio, anche il prezzo è buono (sconsiglio il fai-da-te in questo settore); nelle tempistiche ho riscontrato qualche ritardo, ma in tempi di pandemia c'è da star contenti (provate ad ordinare una bicicletta da corsa...).
Un ringraziamento va anche a Giacomo ed Isabella che hanno seguito la commessa dall'inizio alla fine con professionalità e cordialità.
Quindi Ottimo direi.

It was a positive experience. On a medium-sized order with about ten windows, doors and front doors, the result was more than satisfactory. In the quality / price / timing paradigm, quality is high-end both in the materials, having the best Italian companies as suppliers, and in the installation (6 stars! Their strong point); the price is in line with the high-end market and considering the fact that they take charge of any measurement, manufacturing or assembly defect, the price is also good (I do not recommend do-it-yourself in this sector); in the timing I have encountered some delays, but in times of pandemic there is to be happy (try to order a racing bike ...).
Thanks also go to Giacomo and Isabella who followed the order from start to finish with professionalism and cordiality.
