Essendo una buona cliente che, per altro svolge una mansione importante nella vendita in profumeria, considero questo comportamento non degno di una persona che è a contatto con i clienti.....Non voglio fare nomi, ma la persona in questione lo sa....Non ho nulla contro questo centro estetico, e soprattutto considero l' altra titolare molto professionale e disponibile, mi dispiace per lei, ma l' altra persona deve imparare molto!!! Non penso che ritornerò da Maskara... .peccato perche' lo avevo adottato come il mio centro estetico preferito!!!!

Very disappointed and embittered by the behavior of one of the two owners, who didn't give me any willingness to transfer an appointment in January.
Being a good customer who, moreover, performs an important job in the perfume shop, I consider this behavior not worthy of a person who is in contact with customers ..... I don't want to mention names, but the person in question knows it. ... I have nothing against this beauty center, and above all I consider the other owner very professional and helpful, I'm sorry for her, but the other person has to learn a lot !!! I don't think I'll go back to Maskara ... pity because I had adopted it as my favorite beauty center !!!!
