Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di sorta e i posti da lei consigliati erano magnifici sia come strutture, sia come servizi. Cibo e bevande non sono mai stati scarsi né in quantità né in qualità. Abbiamo sempre viaggiato con ottime compagnie aeree. Io mi sono sentita male durante il trasferimento da Milano a Cuba e lo staff se ne è reso conto. Mi hanno procurato un medico, un posto dove stendermi e dormire e un plico di cuscini per stare comoda. Attualmente sto per partire per il mio quarto viaggio organizzato da Thula ( il mio viaggio di nozze). Ha pensato a tutto lei, io ho solo dovuto indicare un budget e un punto sulla mappa e Thula ha fatto il miracolo. Senza contare poi che mi ha preparato lei stessa il sito per fare la raccolta delle donazioni da parte degli invitati così non ho nemmeno dovuto occuparmi di maneggiare i soldi. Ogni singola volta che l’ho chiamata è stata presente e solerte oltre che rassicurante. Mister Holiday è il massimo. Una vera garanzia. 5 meritatissime stelle! Food and drink has never been scarce, neither in quantity nor in quality. We have always traveled with excellent airlines. I felt bad during the transfer from Milan to Cuba and the staff realized it. They got me a doctor, a place to lie down and sleep and a bundle of pillows to be comfortable. I am currently leaving for my fourth trip organized by Thula (my honeymoon). She thought of everything, I just had to indicate a budget and a point on the map and Thula worked the miracle. Not to mention that she prepared the site for me to collect donations from the guests so I didn't even have to deal with handling the money. Every single time I called her she was present and diligent as well as reassuring. Mister Holiday is the best. A real guarantee. 5 deserved stars!
