Relax at your fingertips and wallet in Vicenza, for me the only flaw is the lack of a cold tub after the sauna, everything else is ok.

Very clean fabulous spa complete throughout from the pool to the various saunas at the refreshment corner of the herbal teas and fresh fruit lots of sunbeds available, the center also offers manicures and massages!

Massaggi e trattamenti estetici. Il massimo. Excellent spa. Super clean and regulated. Dry sauna, Turkish bath, sauna not too hot, whirlpool, relaxation area with herbal teas. Massages and beauty treatments. The maximum.

Cuddly little wellness center, nn equipped with who knows what but the right that is enough to spend those two three hours in tranquility. Maybe the relaxation area is a bit cold for my tastes ... fantastic masseurs ... really good ...

Mentre fa la pedicure si intrattiene al telefono a parlare del piu' e del meno, cercando di gestire il telefono appoggiato alla spalla e le mani impegnate con la pedicure. In piu' occasioni ha dato informazioni errate in merito all'utilizzo di un buono acquistato di 120 euro. Prima ha indicato che potevo utilizzarlo dato che il regalo non era stato sfruttato. Poi mi indica che era scaduto quando invece le scadenze sono state posticipate di 2 mesi. Poi indica che il voucher (con nominativo) non esisteva. Mostro la ricevuta e indica che serve un codice. Mostro l'email con I dati. Mi dice che il voucher non e' usufruibile. Risultato 120 euro pagati per non aver usufruito di alcun servizio. Pessimo approccio con la clientela da parte della signora Anita. Sono cliente da anni e vado mensilmente a fare trattamenti presso il centro. Sicuramente il centro ha perso delle clienti con il pessimo atteggiamento di questa signora Anita. Cozy place. Professional and polite girls. Mrs. Anita has been rude on multiple occasions. While he is doing the pedicure he talks on the phone talking about this and that, trying to manage the phone resting on his shoulder and his hands busy with the pedicure. On several occasions he has given incorrect information regarding the use of a voucher purchased for 120 euros. First he indicated that I could use it since the gift had not been exploited. Then he shows me that it had expired when the deadlines were postponed by 2 months. Then it indicates that the voucher (with name) did not exist. I show the receipt and indicate that a code is needed. I show the email with the data. He tells me that the voucher is not usable. Result 120 euros paid for not having used any service. Bad approach with customers by Mrs. Anita. I have been a client for years and I go monthly to do treatments at the center. Surely the center has lost clients with this lady Anita's bad attitude.
