Il servizio è lento, e ci sono perennemente 2 sportelli su 5 chiusi. Se potete recatevi presso qualsiasi altra filiale. Nonostante abiti a Torri mi reco sempre agli uffici postali di Vicenza, dove il personale è cortese, rapido, disponibile e competente! Some of the staff are quite rude, and particularly incompetent in managing even the simplest practices concerning the postepay card. The service is slow, and there are always 2 out of 5 branches closed. If you can, go to any other branch. Although I live in Torri, I always go to the post offices in Vicenza, where the staff is courteous, quick, helpful and competent!

Ci vorrebbe qualche dirigente che insegnasse cosa significa customer satisfaction ai dipendenti e un direttore che si possa definire tale Complimenti !!!!! Mi sono reso conto della mancata competenza e gentilezza di una addetta allo sportello nel momento in cui mi sono recato ad un altro ufficio postale nelle vicinanze (Bertesinella) e ho trovato cortesia e soluzione al problema e mi sono stati forniti ulteriori suggerimenti. I put a star because I can't put 0. Evidentemente oggi vi siete dimenticati di accendere il telefono oppure non é suonata la sveglia boooh. Non sprecherò nemmeno tempo a insultarvi perché tanto non leggete manco ste recensioni incompetenti come siete. 40 minutes nonstop calling the office while I'm right outside and literally there are 3 people inside. Evidently today you forgot to turn on the phone or the alarm clock did not sound boooh. I won't even waste time insulting you because you don't even read these incompetent reviews as you are.
