Risposte vaghe, zeppe di "non so", "non saprei", "provi a richiamare", in un italiano stentato (ma se non sai, perché sei li a rispondere al telefono???). Ho provato a Richiamare anche nel tardo pomeriggio, come suggerito dalla persona che mi ha risposto le altre volte alla mattina, niente, il telefono squilla ma nessuno risponde... I have tried several times to call to make an appointment but whoever answers the phone is absolutely unable to fix it. Vague answers, wedges of "I don't know", "I don't know", "try to call back", in broken Italian (but if you don't know, why are you there to answer the phone ???). I tried to call back also in the late afternoon, as suggested by the person who answered me the other times in the morning, nothing, the phone rings but nobody answers ...
