★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. We came there for covid test which is pretty expensive. Lady told us that we should get a digital covid certificate within an hour, or if we dont, to call them on the phone. We did not get a Certificate and they wasnt answering the phone. The next day (15 hours after we took the test) we called them 20 times and then a lady answered. She didnt even apologise. We got the certificate and explanation was that we werent the only customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strongly reccomend avoiding this center for the rapid test, especially if you need the results the same day. Rude and unprofessional staff, high price which would be fine if they actually do what they're supposed to.
The lady at the reception told us that we will get our codes for the green pass within an hour of the test and gave us a number to call if we don't get it. Nothing arrived but when we tried calling them no one asnwered, even though the center was still open. The next day after making about 20 calls via whatsapp the lady answered, without even apologizing. For the price you pay, you would expect at least an apology after something that was paid for didn't arrive, but all we got from them was that we need to be patient and that it is not their fault even though they are the ones that did not send the code required to download the green pass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my son have not received the PCR test results within 24 hours although the MedNow claims the results to be delivered within 20 hours from the test. Without going into the details of such a failure (they claim it was the failure from laboratory they are cooperating with), what strikes me most is that no-one even dared to contact me and apologise for being late with such important and sensible thing as the covid test result. It was me who had to call them, asking why are the results late, only to find out from their administrator about the issues with the laboratory. In addition, the administrator informed me the results will come this evening by 20.30-21.00, which of course was not the case. I have decided to inform Ministry of Health and Inspection about the incident.

You told my boyfriend we don't understand your system. That we don't know how to use the code you sent us. How do you explain that we received the code for the covid passport 15 hours after the quick test and after about 15 calls?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best staff in the whole Italy! They Made for us green pass few hours before fly, will be in touch all the time! Girls speaks very well in English, I recommend it with a pure heart thanks a lot guys ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to do the rapid COVID test. The price was 35€. When my test became positive they did another test to confirm the first and then charged me 70€! However, in pharmacy they just go for one test, announce the result and ask for 15€. I went here because at that time all the pharmacies were full.
Also, after charging me 70€ they said they will do the molecular test for free to know the variant. However, they never told me the variant and after 2 days they sent me an email telling me that based on molecular test I'm also positive!! If you just want to do the COVID test never go here.
