Ottima la consulenza del titolare che sa esaudire sempre le mie richieste, sia nel taglio, che nel colore e nella piega! Fantastico anche tutto lo staff che ti coccolano con i magnifici prodotti. Peccato non poter allegare una foto, parlerebbe da sola. In questo periodo delicato dell’epidemia Covid hanno dimostrato una grandissima professionalità e un grandissimo impegno mettendo in atto tutte le possibili misure anti contagio, sanificando sempre la postazione al cambio del cliente, misurando sempre la temperatura all’entrata in negozio, utilizzando mantelline e salviette usa e getta e rispettando le distanze di sicurezza tra ogni cliente, anche al lavaggio. Ottimo lavoro ragazzi, continuate cosi, nel rispetto della salute di tutti. È anche con queste accortezze che dimostrano di tenere sia ai loro clienti che ai loro dipendenti. Ho chiesto più volte un effetto molto più chiaro con pochissime zone scure mostrando anche le foto, senza successo. È un centro degrade ma mi aspettavo applicassero anche altre tecniche (come quella a mano libera e senza stagnola che, da un altro parrucchiere, mi ha permesso di ottenere un colore molto più chiaro e diffuso). Degrades are well done but if you intend to do something else, it's not the right place. I asked several times for a much lighter effect with very few dark areas showing the photos too, without success. It is a degrade center but I expected other techniques to be applied as well (such as freehand and foil-free which, from another hairdresser, allowed me to obtain a much lighter and more diffused color).

Le prime volte che andai in questo salone mi fecero un bellissimo degrade'. Lo fece un ragazzo che lavorava lì, ero proprio soddisfatta. Successivamente questo ragazzo ha lasciato il salone e le volte successive, i risultati per il degrade' effettuato da altre ragazze, sono stati sempre peggio. Ogni volta sono tornata sperando di uscire con gli stessi capelli che mi avevano fatto le prime volte ma non è stato così finché l'ultima volta che sono stata in salone mi affidano ad una ragazza (non so se fosse nuova o meno) che mi fa un degrade' poco sfumato , con la parte superiore che rimane del mio colore (scuro) e la parte sfumata completamente arancio da decolorazione. Un effetto davvero poco piacevole, colore piatto e netto aranciato, insomma il lavoro non era stato fatto per nulla bene. Sono tornata e l'ho fatto presente al proprietario. La cosa che mi ha fatto decidere di non mettere più piede lì è stata la maleducazione con cui è stato accolto il mio reclamo. Il proprietario era infastidito, insisteva che il lavoro era fatto bene e non voleva aggiustarlo. Alla fine mi fecero un ulteriore ritocco dietro mia forte insistenza che comunque mi fecero pagare. A mio avviso si può sbagliare ma è la maleducazione con cui sono stata accolta che mi ha fatto decidere di non mettere più piede in quel salone. Every time I came back hoping to go out with the same hair they did the first few times but it wasn't like that until the last time I was in the salon they entrusted me to a girl (I don't know if she was new or not) who makes me a slightly shaded degrade, with the upper part remaining of my (dark) color and the shaded part completely orange from discoloration. A very unpleasant effect, flat color and clear orange, in short, the work had not been done well at all. I went back and mentioned it to the owner. The thing that made me decide not to set foot there again was the rudeness with which my complaint was accepted. The owner was annoyed, insisted the job was done well and didn't want to fix it. In the end they made me a further retouch at my strong insistence which in any case they made me pay. In my opinion you can be wrong but it is the rudeness with which I was greeted that made me decide not to set foot in that salon again.

Eppure, vedendo che li desideravo con tutto il cuore, hanno cercato di accontentarmi e ci sono riusciti al meglio! Grazie a trattamenti specifici per proteggere il mio capello i miei ricci sono più morbidi che mai ed il colore è uscito anche meglio di quello che immaginavo. Sono veramente bravi, tornerò sicuramente! Non potevo essere più soddisfatta, seguivo la loro pagina da tempo sui social e non vedevo l'ora di provare anch'io uno dei loro bellissimi degradé.
