★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly delicious desserts. I preferred muffin and tart with fruits. Custard cream is amazing in terms of texture, color and taste. Neither too much sweet nor sour. Fruits are very fresh. You can eat your desserts with coffee as standing or you can sit the part behind of cafe. Wherever you decide to eat your dessert, it is totally worth to take calories from these desserts. :) I believe it is the must visit place in Italy if your are a foodie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting traditional bakery! As I remember this local, is the original spot of Marchesi. The cakes are good; probably a bit expensive, but less expensive that the local at Victorio Emmanuel II.
Inside there is a small room where you can take a brake enjoying a cup of the or coffee with on of those cakes.

Had what I would describe as a knot roll made with a croissant pastry. Beautiful center filled with pistachio paste.
Coffee was strong and nice.
Very busy shop.
