Chiacchierare con il maestro Marcello Montalbano è stato davvero piacevole, mi sembrava di conoscerlo da sempre. Ama ed è fiero del suo lavoro, sotto le sue mani sapienti avevo la sensazione di essere una preziosa opera d'arte da restaurare. La signora Ornella, con la quale ho avuto il contatto telefonico, mi ha accolto come un'amica, la deliziosa Sara mi ha coccolato con grande dolcezza durante lo shampoo, con un delicato massaggio rilassante: insomma, ho trascorso un'oretta e mezzo di terapia psicofisica, davvero un bel momento tutto per me! Al momento del commiato, oltre alla sorpresa di un prezzo assolutamente accessibile (ho usufruito di un codice sconto), ho avuto in regalo una "garanzia", cioè entro 10 giorni una piega gratuita, compreso un eventuale ritocco del taglio, casomai ce ne fosse bisogno... E, non ultimo, il salone è in via del Babuino, nel centro del centro di Roma, dove si respira storia, bellezza ed eleganza. Volevo rivitalizzare un taglio corto, ho provato questo salone spinta dalle tante recensioni positive e ne sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta. Accoglienza unica di Ornella e maestria incomparabile di Marcello. Tutto lo staff è super gentile e la pulizia impeccabile :ogni spazzola igenizzata e imbustata singolarmente.
