★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a €368 swimming suit yesterday which was supposed to be a pleasant experience. Nevertheless I found the store employee didn’t put my receipt in the envelope for tax refund—she didn’t give it to me at all—which means I won’t be able to claim tax refund at the custom. This is very unprofessional and I don’t suggest anyone who can afford shopping luxury goods washing your time there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very disappointing to go back and “return” the next day after purchasing to find out that they don’t have a return policy, only exchange and not from any other branch. So I was limited with sizes and ended up going home with the same shoes because i couldn’t find anything else to exchange with. Sizes and collection were limited. ? the lady tried to help me and was sweet but the policy wasn’t communicated upon purchase and it’s a horrible policy! Especially when you are paying so much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys deliberately lie to customers to scam them. Bought a present to my wife, having been reassured that she could have changed it with any item, even ordering from website if needeed. When my wife asked for the change, they straight up refused and lied, saying they never stated the goods could be changed with items from the website. They then proceeded and refused another change saying they can not change goods during sales. This is simply ILLEGAL in italy. Expensive goods, cheap/fraudolent customer care.
