★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was nervous because of such polar reviews here and elsewhere, but at the moment, with Sunset Bar further down next to Castello Maniace closed, this is the best sunset view in Ortigia. Yes, it is pricey, the order system is clearly not efficient, I had my platter at least 15 minutes before my drinks, the guy who came 20 minutes after me got his drinks first, but to be honest, the service was so kind and warm, the music great, the lounges so cosy, and the view to the cruiseships, grand yachts and the sea, and the sunset, so marvellous that I didn't mind. What is also comforting is that they don't skip on proper alcohol here, cocktails (Giudecca & dirty vodka martini), were excellent. Will visit for sunset again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place ,, its a farse . ànd you will be the centre of it. if you stick to a quick drink you, might be fine but, they will try to spoil your experience either by over charging you or being outright rude , in your face. Oh and i ve seen better toilets at Glastonbury

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super lounge bar!! Good view of the Harbour, especially nice with the sunset. Nice host, Luca is top!!!! Good food! Good music! Shade and sun. First bar where they speak english. Happy!
