Forse il gestore dovrebbe migliorare nell'attenzione ai clienti. The opening hours are wrong. The shop opens only from 16:00 to 18:00. On the phone he never answers and not even emails. B	Bellomo 86 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato dal Maoggi il mio giradischi vintage a gennaio 2017 perché aveva smesso di funzionare. Da quando gliel' ho lasciato non mi ha fatto sapere più nulla. Il silenzio totale. Dopo miei svariati tentativi di chiamata senza risposta, mi presento nel suo negozio chiedendo delucidazioni sull'oggetto e sulla spesa. "Devono arrivare i pezzi'' cit. e niente su quanto spendo o potrei spendere. finalmente il 12 di aprile vado a ritirare l'oggetto. Spesa 150€. (Testa più l'alimentatore esterno). Mi cade il mondo addosso perché con 200€ compro un giradischi nuovo di pacca. Ma vabbè, era del mio babbo sicché è un sacrificio che posso fare (piangendo lacrime amare perché i soldi non me li regala nessuno). cmq un negoziante difronte ad una spesa del genere dovrebbe per lo meno avvisare il cliente, dato che non è di poco conto. Vabbè comunque cacciati fuori i soldi torno a casa e attacco il giradischi, piazzo il disco e ... e tutto tace. Lo Riporto la settimana dopo chiedendo spiegazioni. Lui si scusa e mi dice che ci ridarà un occhio. Io, mentre gli lascio l'oggetto, mi RACCOMANDO DI FARMI SAPERE COSA PUÒ AVERE... beh non solo non mi ha chiamato (e come al solito non risponde alle mie di chiamate) ma il mio giradischi lo devo ancora rivedere... sconsigliato. The world falls on me because € 200 I buy a brand new turntable. Oh well, it belonged to my dad so it's a sacrifice I can make (crying bitter tears because nobody gives me money). Anyway a shopkeeper in front of such an expense should at least notify the customer, since it is not trivial. Oh well, however, chased out the money I go home and attack the turntable, place the disc and ... and everything is silent. I report it the following week asking for explanations. He apologizes and tells me he will give us an eye. Dopo aver chiamato decine di volte ma nessuna risposta,per chiedere alcune cose sul prodotto venduto, mi sono recato di persona ma ho sempre trovato chiuso a qualsiasi ora. Chiedendo agli altri negozianti vicini, mi dicono checspesso è chiuso e non si sa quando apre. A distanza di tempo lettore CD acquistato mi da problemi, a questo punto comunque rinuncio ad andare in questo negozio, per me una fregatura. A long time ago I bought a used CD player in this shop. After calling dozens of times but no answer, to ask a few things about the product sold, I went in person but I always found myself closed at any time. Asking the other nearby shopkeepers, they tell me that it is often closed and no one knows when it opens. After some time the purchased CD player gives me problems, at this point, however, I give up going to this shop, a rip-off for me.
