★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato pomeriggio entro senza essere nemmeno accolto con un saluto indifferenza totale dalla signora mora... passi , dopo 20 minuti che attendo, la collega che era già impegnata con dei clienti( e con cui speravo di parlare ,sembrava competente) gli fa notare che sto aspettando , nel frattempo entra un altro cliente e questa signora mora decide di servilo per primo dicendo a me che per arredare due bagni devo prendere appuntamento , a questo punto me ne vado scocciato,, cara signora mora io non avevo la pretesa di decidere per i due bagni quel pomeriggio ma avrei desiderato essere accolto con un sorriso e fissare un appuntamento , io avevo scelto la vostra azienda tra molte , fatti dei km in auto per raggiungervi e aspettato con educazione.siete stati molto scortesi .
Saturday afternoon I enter without even being greeted with a total indifference from Mrs. brunette ... steps, after 20 minutes I wait, the colleague who was already engaged with clients (and with whom I hoped to speak, seemed competent) pointed out that I'm waiting, in the meantime another customer enters and this brunette lady decides to serve him first by telling me that to furnish two bathrooms I have to make an appointment, at this point I'm pissed off, dear lady I didn't pretend to decide for the two bathrooms that afternoon but I would have liked to be greeted with a smile and make an appointment, I had chosen your company from many, made some miles by car to reach you and waited with education.you were very rude.
