Ho portato la mia auto per dei controlli, il commesso che mi ha accolto si chiama Gino che subito mi ha accolto e una volta spiegato il tutto, si è rivolto al suo collega Denys in officina, entrambi veloci, affidabili e preparati, consiglio assolutamente. Serious and reliable. I took my car for checks, the salesman who welcomed me is called Gino who immediately welcomed me and once everything was explained, he turned to his colleague Denys in the workshop, both fast, reliable and prepared, I absolutely recommend.

Ho parlato con Il direttore, ma mi ha trattata con poca importanza, come se mi avesse fatto un piacere! Lo sconsiglio. Il dano causato da loro gli devo pagare di tasca mia ! I do not recommend it, unprofessional, I took the car to change the tires and I came back with the shock absorbers broken! G	Gaetano Porzio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono da DENUNCIA, ho fatto un semplice cambio dell’olio alla mia Audì A4 il giorno 26 gennaio 2022 e oggi 27 Gennaio mi sono trovato a Piacenza con la spia accesa con basso livello olio, HO RISCHIATO DI FONDERE IL MOTORE, sono andato da Norauto Piacenza per comprare l’olio e lo stesso olio castrol che mi hanno fatto pagare a Mantova che in pratica non hanno messo costa 5 euro in meno a litro. NON FATEVI FARE NESSUN TIPO DI LAVORO DA LORO VI ROVINANO LA MACCHINA. VERGOGNA…. I am a COMPLAINT, I made a simple oil change on my Audì A4 on January 26, 2022 and today January 27 I found myself in Piacenza with the warning light on with low oil level, I RISK TO MELT THE ENGINE, I went to Norauto Piacenza to buy the oil and the same castrol oil that they made me pay in Mantua which in practice they did not put costs 5 euros less per liter. DON'T LET YOU DO ANY KIND OF WORK THEY RUIN YOUR MACHINE. SHAME….

Un impiegato, visibilmente poco attento, è uscito dal punto vendita a visionare l'auto per capire quali fossero quelli adatti, che mi ha poi venduto. Tornato a casa, nel montarli, mi accorgo che uno era ben piú corto e l'attacco era differente. Ritorno in negozio, parlo dell'accaduto con un altro impiegato (molto piú attento) e prontamente li fa cambiare e montare al collega che precedentemente mi ha venduto quelli errati. Nel montarli mi ha inoltre chiesto un aiuto per rimuovere i miei logori!!! Nemmeno una scusa per l'accaduto. Il personale è quindi un'incognita, il servizio offerto è dipeso da quello...peccato!!! The staff is therefore an unknown factor, the service offered depended on that ... pity !!!

D	Davinder Kumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place is not as good as i heared from one of my friend.staff is not good,for example if you need something you provide all the information they want about your car and after that they orderd some wrong thing for you and you have to pay for that worng thing.worst place ever.only Luca and a lady on cash counter is good to behive with customers.
